Refund/Cancellation Policy

Substitution Requests:

  1. If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome substitute a person in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact email for both the registered and replacement person.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations must be received via email to [email protected] in advance of the event.

The following cancellation charges apply:

  • 96-hour notice - Full Refund

  • 72-hour notice - 80% refund

  • 48-hour notice - 60% refund

  • 24-hour notice - NO Refund

  • No show - NO Refund

NO SHOW Policy:

  1. No shows will not receive any refunds for the event
