Refund/Cancellation Policy
Substitution Requests:
- If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome substitute a person in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact email for both the registered and replacement person.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received via email to [email protected] in advance of the event.
The following cancellation charges apply:

72-hour notice - 80% refund

48-hour notice - 60% refund

24-hour notice - NO Refund

No show - NO Refund
NO SHOW Policy:
- No shows will not receive any refunds for the event
